I understand but it is hard to know whether this is a known issue or
something else without a log of the failure.

Not sure why the patch wouldn't apply.

The final FAIL/PASS is definitive so there are real failures here. Is
this consistent or intermittent ? Does this work sometimes or always
fail ?
