 I am not using inline data. Setting imm_data to 0 and IB_SEND_INLINE flag is turned off.

elem -> u.txwr.imm_data = 0;
elem -> u.txwr.send_flags = IB_SEND_SIGNALED;

 And also I have set the max_inline_data to 0 while creating the QP.

 So I am not sure how this error indicating that inline segment exceeding WQE size.
