DAPL supports RDMA operations. DAPL RMRs (aka IB MWs) are not 
necessary for RDMA.

Memory windows are are not supported in the Mellanox OFED driver. Once 
they are implemented, support for them can be added to DAPL.

Currently I don't know of anyone working on adding MW support to the 
Mellanox driver.
