For ip_dev_find, you can apply this patch:
https://openib.org/svn/trunk/contrib/mellanox/gen2/patches/sdp_ip_dev_find.patch

I'll have to look into dev_ioctl usage, for now I think you can just remove the
line that uses it in sdp_inet.c, its not too important.
