Sorry, I still need to get back to that stuff.  The most critical one
I think is the neighbour destructor change.  I will ask netdev again
for status on that.  The rest either don't look urgent, or I need to
take time and understand what's going on (especially for the ones
coming from code review rather than actual crashes).

It doesn't look urgent.  I wanted to take some time to make sure that
it wasn't converting some 4096's that shouldn't be lumped together
with the ICM page size.
