[openib-general] Branch and patch management for 1.0

All SVN committers are welcome to commit fixes and merge changes to the
1.0 branch.  Please keep in mind the need to keep changes to a minimum,
and to focus on correctness.

If you don't have commit permissions, please send patches to both me and
the mailing list, with "[PATCH 1.0]" in the Subject line.

Unless people object, I'd like to merge changes back from the 1.0 branch
to the trunk quite frequently, so the two don't diverge too much.
