ib_sa.h contains a call ib_init_ah_from_path() that will initialize address
handle attributes based on a path record.  The alternate path information in
the IB CM should probably change based on a call to ib_send_cm_lap(), which
loads a new alternate path.  Alternate path support in the IB CM was not
tested, so likely has missing features needed to make it work correctly.
