[openib-general] [PATCH] mad.c whitespace fix

Documentation/CodingStyle says:
Descendants are always substantially shorter than the parent and are placed
substantially to the right.

Placing descendant code to the left of the parent's opening bracket obviously
does not count as substantially to the right. Its also quite confusing.
