[openib-general] What's ibv_wc.vendor_err 0x34 and status 4?

The vendor_error 0x99 (retry exec error) I knew from gen1 but 0x34 is
unknown to me. 
Any good place / list where to look up the error messages thrown by the
Mellanox HCA's when bein used by a gen2 stack?
