[openib-general] rping.c client doesn't connect to the server!

What Steve means is that there is no error checking in rping, so it
segfaults when the app continues despite the ROUTE_ERROR.

BTW, you can figure out what these events mean yourself by looking
in /usr/local/include/rdma/rdma_cma.h
