[openib-general] [PATCH] RFC libibverbs - Pass provider data through ibv_cmd_req_notify_cq()

Problem solved.  Pilot error. ;-)

I didn't build and install your latest mthca lib, and I had a mtha
device in the system.  Once I rebuild and installed against libmthca
against the new libibverbs, everything works.
