[openib-general] bypassing MPT and MTT lookups

Hi

This is with respect to Mellanox HCAs. Is there a way to bypass/disable MPT
(Memory Protection Table) and MTT (Memory Translation Table) lookups done by
HCA? If yes which function should be called from a module to achieve this.
