[openib-general] OFED can't compile against sa.h under SLES10 x86_64

Jack et all,
I have to apologize my -I. include path pointed to OFED-1.0.1 includes
where the ibv_sa_path_record was not defined yet.
Doing it right it works
Thanks to all for the sudden support
