That depends.  This means something wrote to a bogus address on the 
chip.  This won't cause further problems.  However, that write was 
ignored, so something may not have happened that should have happened.

This could be a driver bug, or a bug in a layer above it. If you're 
concerned about this, I'd suggest contact our support organization 
(support at qlogic.com) and asking them for help.  Give them some details 
on your environment (what hardware and software you're using) and what 
you were doing at the time and they should be able to help you narrow 
down the problem.
