[ofa-general] ibdiags and gcc

Hi Eitan,

Several of the ibdiags (ibdiagnet, ibdiagpath, ibdiagui) appear to
require gcc not just in the build environment but also in the
execution environment due to the following line in those scripts:

xxx_path=`gcc --print-file-name ...

to determine some library paths. Any reason LD_LIBRARY_PATH or
something more standard can't be used for this ?
