The value of the sysfsutils is far overshadowed by the value of libsysfs
(and libsysfs is far more commonly used).  So, in RHEL5, the rpm package
names reflect this:

libsysfs
sysfsutils (I think, might be libsysfs-utils)
libsysfs-devel

It's all still there, just a different name.
