[openib-general] the valgrind support of libibverbs/libmthca is not full

Hi Roland.

I compiled the libibverbs/libmthca with valgrind support and executed  one
of our tests using valgrind.
I noticed that not all of the verbs are supporting valgrind.

For the following verbs (and I'm sure that this is not the full list) 
there is a memory warning from valgrind:
ibv_query_device
ibv_dealloc_pd
ibv_create_cq
