Patches I'm less sure about
	mthca_wrid_swap.patch - safe, but very small benefit

	srp_1_recreate_at_reconnect.patch - this improves SRP spec
                                            compliance. Good idea?

	ib_wc_qpn_to_qp.patch - currently benefit is for IPoIB CM, but
				doing API updates early has its benefits.
				What do you think?

Need more work
	ipoib_selector_updated.patch - improves IPoIB compliance
