Yes, we want this code in OFED 1.2 and we want it to be inter operable
with IPoIB, there was no concrete objection for the interop
requirement and  the details seem quite simple, we have narrowed it
now to the removal of the rdmacm signature bit and usage of the ipv4
broadcast group qkey by the rdmacm.

The sendonly issue is not related to the interop and we can do well
without it being implemneted for OFED 1.2
