Run 
export OPENIB_PARAMS="--with-madeye-mod"
before running install.sh or build.sh

See OFED-1.1/docs/ofed.conf-example.

Note: Remove already created RPMs from OFED-1.1/RPMS directory in order
to rebuild RPM with madeye.
