[ofa-general] Where is openib-1.2.tgz in OFED-1.2?

Use rpmcpio | cpio -iv to extract the source tarballs from the source
RPMs.

The OFED 1.2 structure is less confusing, because the 1.1 openib-*.tgz
file was never actually used to compile the code, it was only a
redundant duplicate copy of the code.
