[ofa-general] ibv_ud_pingpong error

Thanks very much.  After setting the limits.conf file for the user with
the memlock setting as unlimited I can now do the ibv_ud_pingpong.

I think you need to up your locked memory  limits,
We have a faq entry on this here:

Ignore the Open MPI specific parts, the rest I think applies.
