[ofa-general] librdmacm - sysfs dependency

Sean,

librdmacm currently depends on libsys.
This is a deprecated library not installed by default
on some distros, and not even available for others.

Could this dependency be removed please? libsysfs really adds very little
in the way of functionality.

I would like this fix to go into OFED 1.2 so that OFED does not have this
dependency.

I opened bug 407 to track this.
