[ofa-general] there is a warning message in every use of the library libibverbs

Hi Roland.

In every test/application that uses the libibverbs (i think when the 
libibverbs init function is being called)
i see the following warning:

libibverbs: Warning: RLIMIT_MEMLOCK is 32768 bytes.
    This will severely limit memory registrations.
<-end->

Why did you add this warning message?


Even when i executed this test as root i got this warning ....

Can you add an environment variable that will prevent this warning?
(or i can send it to you if you agree ...)
