I maintain libibverbs and libmthca packages that are in the main
Debian archive (ie "aptitude install libibverbs1 libmthca1" should get
you those packages installed).  The Debian kernel has all IB-related
config options enabled AFAIK.  I plan on packaging libmlx4 for Debian
soon as well.

Is there something else in particular that you're missing?
