[ofa-general] ofed-1.3 uninstall.sh do not remove all the infiniband stack components properlly on RH 4 u 5 or rh 4 u 6 full instalation.

Some rpm's (openmpi-libs, libmthca-devel,etc.)  are not removed and
cause dependency problems. 

The attaches patch solves  the problem.
