It means that ipath_iba7220.c wasn't built for
some reason.  Probably due to CONFIG_PCI_MSI
not being defined.

That should result in the call not being made from
the init code, but apparently that's not working
right for some reason.

Since you have a mellanox card, you can ignore it.
