[ofa-general] [PATCH] OpenSM: Fixed GUID check against cn_guid_file usinf Ftree.

Port GUID was not converted using cl_ntoh64 before being searched in the 
CN cl_qmap.
Therefore, the cn_guid_file needed to be reversed 
(bigendian<->littleendian conversion) so it would recognize the nodes.
This patch makes it consistent with the root_guid_file and the log messages.
