***SPAM*** [ofa-general] compiling OFED-1.2 with RHEL5.1

Hello all,
 I am trying to compile OFED-1.2 with RHEL5.1 I know that this OS is not
supported by this
distribution, is there any work around other than switing to OFED-1.2.5 or
OFED-1.3?
