[ofa-general] ofed against lustre kernel

Is there a trick to getting OFED 1.2.5.1 to compile against the lustre
kernel on RedHat 5 x86_64?

The first time i tried i got the below error, which looks like a
problem with the lustre kernel source tree.  I'm trying to work
through it, but i have a feeling im starting to wander down a rabbit
hole...

Does anyone know if there is a step guide for installing redhat 5,
ofed 1.2.5.1, and lustre 1.6.4.1?
