[ofa-general] [PATCH] Make srptools 1.1 compile with recent automake

Recent enough versions of automake only generate a Makefile.in file if
the AUTHORS file is present. Can such a file please be added to
srptools (https://svn.openfabrics.org/svn/openib/gen2/branches/1.1/src/userspace/srptools/)
