[ofa-general] [PATCH] IPoIB UD 4K MTU support

I am working on the patch now. I will do some touch test and submit the
patch for review this weekend. The patch will be included:

1. make IPoIB-CM S/G buffer allocation more generic
2. enable IPoIB-UD S/G buffer allcation support for 4K MTU
