Bonding is the best way to achieve HA with IPoIB.
IPOIB-HA tool no longer supported.

Yes, we are working on this. Not all modes but to enable Load balancing.

Yes, currently HA supported only with one Infiniband subnet.
We also working on this, to support HA on two different Infiniband subnets.
