Hey Sasha,

lfts_file would be fine as well.  I just wanted to make it consistent
throughout.  Patch is attached.

Note, I tweaked a lot of documentation because of this.  Wherever it
stated "dump file", I changed to "lfts file" or just "file" as
appropriate.
