[ofa-general] [PATCH] IB/ipath - fix SM trap forwarding

[Ralph Campbell]

SM/SMA traps received by the ipath driver should be forwarded to
the SM if it is running on the host. The ib_ipath driver was
incorrectly replying with bad method.
