Maybe I'm not reading this right but here's what I see:

Other than the average bandwidth numbers at the top which show PL > non
PL, the ones in the table seem to be the other way around. Do those
numbers indicate bandwidth ?

Also, you mentioned that mvapich doesn't know how to deal with LMC yet
the numbers seem to go up as LMC does.
