[ofa-general] [OPENSM PATCH 0/3]: "guid-routing-order" option for minhop/updn routing

Hey Sasha,

Here's the adjusted patches, as discussed in the previous thread.  It
now supports both minhop and updn.  

I wasn't sure of what the cleanest way to make
__osm_ucast_mgr_process_tbl() usable by both the original and ordered-
routing options.  PLMK what you think in patch 2/3.
