here is the iperf test:

[ ID] Interval Transfer Bandwidth
[ 9] 0.0-10.0 sec 244 MBytes 205 Mbits/sec
[ ID] Interval Transfer Bandwidth
[ 5] 0.0-10.0 sec 222 MBytes 187 Mbits/sec
[ ID] Interval Transfer Bandwidth
[ 10] 0.0-10.0 sec 190 MBytes 160 Mbits/sec
[ ID] Interval Transfer Bandwidth
[ 6] 0.0-10.0 sec 406 MBytes 340 Mbits/sec
[ ID] Interval Transfer Bandwidth
[ 4] 0.0-10.0 sec 204 MBytes 171 Mbits/sec
[ ID] Interval Transfer Bandwidth
[ 8] 0.0-10.0 sec 229 MBytes 191 Mbits/sec
[ ID] Interval Transfer Bandwidth
[ 3] 0.0-10.0 sec 222 MBytes 186 Mbits/sec
[ ID] Interval Transfer Bandwidth
[ 7] 0.0-10.6 sec 147 MBytes 116 Mbits/sec
[SUM] 0.0-10.6 sec 1.82 GBytes 1.47 Gbits/sec

On a RHEL5 with OFED 1.3 machine with similar ib cards, I can get
about 3x this.
