[ofa-general] Licensing inconsistencies in OFED 1.4 source code

Hi all,

Can someone clarify under what terms the various bits of the OFED source are
distributed? Some of the source tarballs in the OFED 1.4 distribution have
inconsistent (or missing) licensing information.

Specifically:

tvflash: Spec file says BSD+GPLv2, but COPYING is GPLv2 only.
qperf: Spec file says BSD+GPLv2, but COPYING is GPLV2 only.
ibsim: Spec file says BSD+GPLv2, but COPYING is GPLv2 only.

rds-tools: No licensing information included.

qlvnictools: Spec file says GPLv2 only, ibvexdmtools/COPYING has GPLv2+BSD,
qlgc_vnic_daemon/src has no licensing information.

Can the code be updated with the correct information?

Cheers,

Guy
