While it is better than not specifying how this would work,<br>
unfortunately, as you are no doubt aware, informational RFCs don't

the same weight as standards track RFCs :-( Why wouldn't this be

It could be if there is support; not clear if this would require a
charter change as this now goes to how IP over IB interacts with the SA
which is currently not specified.<br><br>
