<BR><FONT COLOR="#0000FF" SIZE=2 FACE="Arial">We will start to check in the tests that we will write.</FONT>

<P><FONT COLOR="#0000FF" SIZE=2 FACE="Arial">1) VL (Verification Library) is a library that contains an abstraction to the operating system calls (for example: </FONT>
<BR> <FONT COLOR="#0000FF" SIZE=2 FACE="Arial">sleep, gettimeofday ..) to use in tests (something like the MOSAL library in gen1).</FONT>
<BR><FONT COLOR="#0000FF" SIZE=2 FACE="Arial"> In order to use the VL, one should execute "make" and "make install"</FONT>
</P>
<P><FONT COLOR="#0000FF" SIZE=2 FACE="Arial">2) gen2_basic is a test that checks the API of the verbs and looks for immediate errors bug.</FONT>
</P>
<P><FONT COLOR="#0000FF" SIZE=2 FACE="Arial">All the tests that we will check in will use the VL.</FONT>
</P>
<P><FONT COLOR="#0000FF" SIZE=2 FACE="Arial">some of the test cases of the gen2_basic are failing because of bugs in the gen2 driver ...</FONT>
