[nvmewin] OFA NVMe Windows driver Release 1.2 status

Hi all,

In addition to adding changes to be compliant with NVMe 1.00e specification, I tested the  followings on the supported Operating Systems :
Drive format
IOMeter
SCSICompliance
SDStress

You may find the test results in the attachment.

I would like to get a status update on your task on the 1.2 release in June before I set up a working group meeting in June.

Please let me know where you are and when you think you are ready to send out your patch for final review.

- NVMe 1.00e enhancement

Rick:
- TRIM command support
