<li>If there is an outstanding patch review request, any subsequent companies wishing to submit a patch request shall wait until the first outstanding patch has been integrated. NOTE: the submitter of the patch request should be ready to integrate at any time
once the patch request submitted.</li><li>Patch review requests that require debug or any additional work (because of error), will go back in the queue. And the next person in line, will get to go.</li></font>
