<html><body><p>Thanks Susan!<br><br>As an additional topic for that Board Meeting we might consider reviewing the current funding situation for the ED position. On the July 21 Board meeting a majority agreed upon a motion that states:<br><br>"OFA accept funding at $35000/quarter to be reviewed every quarter for a total of 18 months pending legal review". This funding is provided by Intel.<br><br>To me, two items come out of that:<br><br>1. We are one quarter down the road now. I think we should review as agreed upon.<br><br>2.
