We have 2 large pressing issues:<br>

<br>

1.  2017 budget, which includes (requires) a discussion about the purpose, scope and priorities of the OFA<br>

<br>

2.  Ongoing bylaws modification<br>

<br>

For today's meeting - I would ask that we avoid discussing the first, as that is the primary focus of next week's Board meeting.  My suggested agenda items are:<br>

<br>

1. Discuss what section of the bylaws we should focus on next - after we complete the current topic of "Board numbers and terms".  ( my apologies to Paul as I did not give him advance notice of this item )<br>

<br>

2. Discuss the possibility of changing the name of the annual conference to be more inclusive and descriptive.  The TPC has been discussing this recently and we would like more input.<br>
