<p class="MsoNormal">These are two of three topics (that I know of) that have been explicitly left open for discussion today. The third is the question of specifications. I am looking forward to a lively and constructive discussion on all three. This, btw,
is precisely why the motion has not yet been made. I wanted to leave us room to tweak the motion before it’s officially offered, but let’s be careful to start with what we have, and not invent something new on the fly.<o:p></o:p></p>
