<p class="MsoNormal">Attached is the agenda for tomorrow’s XWG meeting. This will be an unusually important meeting, focused on the topic that is innocently described on the agenda as “Discussion – 2019 Objectives”</p>

<p class="MsoNormal">We need to begin a rather meaty discussion on how to move the OFA forward, how to close on a bunch of topics that have been open for much too long, and most importantly, how to put the OFA on a footing for long term sustainability. I will
try to put a few slides on the wire to give the discussion some shape, but expect a broad ranging, open discussion.</p>
