<li class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left:0in;mso-list:l0 level1 lfo1">A proposal to deliver the 2020 Workshop content online. The TPC and logistics teams are grappling with a series of related issues:<o:p></o:p></li><ol style="margin-top:0in" start="1" type="a">
<li class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left:0in;mso-list:l0 level2 lfo1">How many of the original 20 sessions would be presented?<o:p></o:p></li><li class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left:0in;mso-list:l0 level2 lfo1">What about other types of events, such as BoFs, lightning talks, Meet the Experts, etc?<o:p></o:p></li><li class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left:0in;mso-list:l0 level2 lfo1">Timing and duration of the virtual event – number of hours per day, number of days per week, breaks, and so on.<o:p></o:p></li></ol>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-left:.5in">I expect we will have more to discuss at next week’s XWG meeting.<o:p></o:p></p>

<li class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left:0in;mso-list:l0 level1 lfo1">Fabric Software Development Platform (FSDP) proposal is shaping up quite quickly. This is the successor to former OpenFabrics Interop Logo Program. Look for this at an upcoming XWG
meeting<o:p></o:p></li><li class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left:0in;mso-list:l0 level1 lfo1">Abstract Fabric Manager. Discussion of this continues in small teams, leading to a question for the Board – should we charter a working group to pursue this?<o:p></o:p></li><li class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left:0in;mso-list:l0 level1 lfo1">IPR Policy and Bylaws. We are very close to closing on the IPR policy, and continue to work with the lawyers to close on the Bylaws text.<o:p></o:p></li></ol>
