<p class="MsoNormal">As you may be aware, the OFA has been collaborating with SNIA, DMTF, and the CXL consortium to develop a fabric agnostic heterogeneous compute resource management framework.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">We've been calling this the OpenFabric Management Framework, or OFMF (see
<a href="https://www.openfabrics.org/openfabrics-management-framework/">https://www.openfabrics.org/openfabrics-management-framework/</a> for more information).
<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">The OFMF Working Group has been working on branding, and has selected
<i>Sunfish</i> as the project name going forward to complement the Swordfish and Redfish project names for the corresponding SNIA and DMTF projects as these projects are tightly coupled to enable Composable Disaggregated Infrastructure Management in dynamic,
heterogeneous compute environments. <o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">The OFMF Working Group has also commissioned a logo to go along with the new Sunfish project name:<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">We are soliciting Board approval for the use of the Sunfish logo as presented here. The OFMF Working Group feels this logo is consistent with the OFA's main logo themes (colors and styles, modulo the font on OFA) and consistent with the
Swordfish and Redfish logos so that when presented as a whole, the group will be cohesive.<o:p></o:p></p>
