<p class="MsoNormal">The monetary resources saved in deactivating the FSDP cluster and Working Group will allow us to start growing the OpenFabrics Alliance budget, instead of slowly draining the OpenFabrics Alliance budget.  The yearly operating cost of the

 FSDP cluster is $39K, with a pending shutdown fee of $10K.  Current budgetary resources are strained.  Thus, to protect the time and resource investments in Libfabric and Sunfish, as well as, the OpenFabrics Alliance, Sandia moves to shut down the FSDP cluster

 and Working Group.<o:p></o:p></p>
